Funny enough, I have found very similar to the commonalities in my coaching clients: feeling stuck, majour main career goals achieved (10+ year of work), sense of emptiness, work-life meaning crisis, need for a transition (sometimes started, sometimes not yet).
This really gives me the confidence to continue on my path, given that Steve's words really talk to my heart and to what I am witnessing in the world and people around me.
